Shipping Details
  • Shipping Regions: We ship to all major cities and towns across India.
  • Shipping Partners: We partner with reputable logistics providers (e.g., Delhivery, Ekart, Xpressbees) for timely delivery.
  • Shipping Duration: Estimated delivery time varies based on location:
  • Metro cities: 2-4 business days
  • Non-metro cities: 4-7 business days
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days
Order Tracking
  • Customers receive tracking information via email/SMS once orders are shipped.
  • Customers can track orders on our website or through logistics provider’s website.
Shipping Charges
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, volume, and shipping location.
  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Attempts
  • Our logistics partners make up to 3 delivery attempts.
  • If delivery fails after 3 attempts, orders are returned to our warehouse.
Return to Origin (RTO)
  • In case of RTO, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Customers can request resale or refund (as per refund policy).
Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
  • Cancellation requests post-shipping will incur shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Products
  • We take utmost care in packaging, but damages can occur.
  • Customers must report damages within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement or refund (as per refund policy) will be provided.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds issued through original payment method.
